Monica runs TherapyVerdict. She checks every price, insurance claim and policy against the platform’s own pages, links the source, and re-checks it on a schedule.
What this site is for
Choosing online therapy usually happens on a hard week, with a dozen tabs open and every site claiming to be the best. I want this to be the one page that tells you, plainly, what each platform costs, what its insurance option actually includes, what it leaves out, and who should pick something else.
How I check things
Every price and policy on this site is read from the platform’s own pages and dated. When a platform’s pages contradict each other, I show you both versions. Every review ends with its sources, and starts with a list of what it’s based on, including what I haven’t done yet. The details are on How I review.
What I’m not
I’m not a therapist, and nothing here is medical advice. I can help you compare services; I can’t tell you what treatment you need. When a page makes a clinical statement, it says where that statement comes from.
How the site is paid for
